Format & Subject

Did the format and subject matter of the pilot lend itself to the goal of creating an ongoing offering that would support your depth journey of transformation? If so, in what way and what did you most value? If not, what would improve this offering?

Intentions

We sought to keep the personal/communal work being invited conscious between sessions by inviting your intentions and having you bring what emerged back to the small group. What was your experience of this practice?

Building Community

From your experience would the format and subject matter help build a sense of a mutually dedicated and accountable community? If so, in what way? If not, what would improve this offering?

Mutual Commitment

We assume that a community of depth emerges from mutual commitment. Would you be willing to commit to regular monthly presence at these gatherings as described for one year (with the exception of illness or singular events beyond your control?) What would lead you to say “Yes” or “No”?

Supporting Bread of Life

Part of the work of the community would be supporting the Bread of Life mission both financially and in service as an entry place where people can ‘taste and see’ and engage the intentional spiritual journey. Such work needs resources. Would you be willing to contribute in both ways to support the ongoing work of Bread of Life? Do you have thoughts about what you might bring to the mutual work?

Engaging the World

This work is not just for our own edification but for freeing us to make our particular contribution to this world of God’s heart. How do you imagine your participation might support, focus or expand your work in the world?

Preparation for Participation

From your experience of the pilot, what do you imagine potentially interested people might need in terms of preparation or grounding to enter mutual work like this? (We want it to be an experience that serves both the individual and the community well).
