We have a Bread of Life Zoom account available for use. We also have a Meeting Owl Pro to help facilitate hybrid meetings of in-person and remote attendees. Our primary meeting space can hold up to 20 people comfortably.

Facilitator Payment *

We use a 65%/35% split (presenter/BoL) after extra-ordinary expenses like supplies or usage fees.

We are now required by law to treat all facilitators as employees. This means:

• You will need to fill out a W-9 or have one on file in our office
• We will deduct payroll taxes from your check
• If you make more than $600 from us in a tax year you will receive a 1099 in January of the following year
• You will recieve your funds via check or direct deposit (materials fees apart) after completion of your contract.

I accept the 65%/35% fee split

Responsibilities *

Bread of Life will:

• Include information about the offering in our monthly email newsletter
• Design a landing page with event registration on our website
• Post information with links to registration on our social media accounts
