We have two spiritual direction groups - one for women and one for men beginning this spring.

Spiritual Direction Group for Women
Are you looking for a way to deepen your spiritual
life in a small dedicated community? If
so, we invite you to consider joining with 5-7 people for a nine-month
spiritual direction group.
When: Third Tuesdays of the month beginning in March
Where: Bread of Life, 1260
Fulton Avenue, Suite A, Sacramento CA
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 PM
Cost: $40 - $75/session paid quarterly in advance (sliding
scale; no one will be turned away if costs are an issue)

a phone interview that includes the following questions with an exploration of
the planned format and how it might or might not fit your stated interest at

- What ways
are you already engaged in actively tending your own soul? What’s life-giving
about that? What ‘more’ do you seek?
- Are you
able to commit to a monthly meeting for nine months? (We will likely skip
August, depending on the group consensus).
Facilitator: Carol Abbott is a spiritual director with Bread
of Life, and a member of the faculty for Bread of Life’s spiritual formation
program called Listen to Your Life.

Tending the Male Soul
Are you looking for a way to deepen your
spiritual life among a small, dedicated group of men? If so, you are invited to
join with 4-6 men as companions along a shared path—intentionally tending to spiritual
unfolding in men.
When: First Thursday of the month beginning in April
Where: Bread of Life,

Time: 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
Cost: $40/session (a sliding scale is available)
